Garonga Safari Camp is an exclusive 12 bed camp in the greater Makalali Conservancy situated west of the Kruger National Park. This unassuming sanctuary promises a more intimate wildlife encounter in an unhurried environment - somewhere where you can unwind, sleep deeply and be yourself.

Little Garonga is Garonga's sister camp and has three fully en-suite, thatched and air-conditioned suites, all situated around centralized indoor/outdoor lounge areas, a swimming pool and built-in braai/BBQ area. Each suite has its own platform deck complete with hammock.

The accommodation at Garonga Safari Camp reflects the surroundings of the bush - textured earthy colours and clean lines have been incorporated with fine linen to ensure pure comfort, a tempting place to lie and meditate for hours.

Tented Rooms - Shower under the stars.

The Tented Rooms are situated on a dry riverbed - each with a wooden deck that commands spectacular views. The rooms are spacious, with large, draped beds. In addition to the indoor shower, there is an outdoor shower that flows outwards from the luxury of the room, providing a continuous link to nature.

Little Garonga's Hambleden suite consists of a main bedroom (catering for 2 adults) and a closed off room that can accommodate 2 children, making it ideally suited for a couple or a small family. The rooms are fully air conditioned.

An indoor and outdoor lounge are both covered and offers guests ample room to dine and relax. A large bathroom featuring a beautiful hand beaten copper bath tub is available with both an indoor and outdoor shower.

The suite has its own swimming pool and raised deck, hammock and mini-bar.

The Chiltern and Buckingham Suites are suitable for a couple sharing. Both suites are fully air-conditioned, have a covered deck area, hammock, lounge and bedroom. The bathrooms consists of a bath, basins and shower. A large outdoor shower is also available.
