The total of 35 suites in the Palais Coburg Hotel Residenz range in size between 54 qm and 165 qm, with an average size of 100 qm, and they are mainly spread over two floors of the building. Each suite is individually furnished. Embracing the hotel's slogan, "Preserving the past and shaping the future", in these rooms too the visitor is frequently reminded of the historic setting in which he is staying, whilst at the same time he does not have to forego the quality and comforts of a luxury-class hotel. Each of the suites is named after one of the historic personalities who were part of the family of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha or are connected with it and with the history of the building. Thus here you will find representatives of the ruling houses of Great Britain, France, Hungary, Portugal, Bulgaria, Belgium and Austria.

On the basis of their furnishings and their position in the Palais, the suites have been divided into four different categories - the Imperial, Palais, City and Modern Suites - which take into account the different needs and personal taste of guests.
