In 1991, Stanhope was inaugurated first 5-star hotel in Belgium. This fabulous boutique hotel is a peaceful heaven in a prestigious turn-of-the-century Brussels residence, decorated in English country style.

From the delightfull bright lounge, with its Library Bar, over the Brighton restaurant to the picturesque interior garden with frog fountain and ivy-clad walls, everything is breathing elegance and charm.

After 12 years, an extensive renovation and enlargement of the property has been established, counting today 96 deluxe room, Suite and Royal Suite, as well as extensive conference facilities.

In the original wing, each of the 50 guestrooms and Royal Suite is unique, where in the new wing we have chosen for an English country style but with 3 different main colours.

Because of this personal touch it can hardly be called a hotel room: it is an experience!

All rooms are individually furnished with classical and antique style furniture, floral fabrics, master paintings and Chinese blue-and-white vases.
