The hotel has 99 rooms and 14 suites furnished with warm and natural materials. The rooms include either twin beds and an armchair or a king-sized bed and an ottoman. The rooms can be connected. The wardrobe can be accessed both from the bathroom and from the hall. The suites are luxuriously equipped, decorated in warm shades and very comfortable. Most of the suites are arranged over two levels and have a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a king-size bed, two terraces and two bathrooms. WINE VAULT RESTAURANT
This fine dining restaurant offers a culinary experience with an emphasis on wine. The restaurant’s menu combines traditional French cuisine with about 600 selected wines from Croatia and around the world. The dining ritual starts by entering the cellar filled with arches and terracotta bricks and lit by unique hanging candle holders through a massive iron door. The stone floor accentuates the atmosphere of the cellar in contrast to the warmth brought to the space by brick covered walls and carefully selected furniture.

MEDITERRANEO RESTAURANT
This fine dining restaurant offers an innovative blend of well-known traditional Greek, Spanish, Lebanese and North African specialties. Using old recipes as inspiration, the chef brings together well-known flavors in a direct, uncompromising and fresh manner. WELLNESS & SPA
The Monte Mulini Wellness&Spa is an intimate oasis offering extraordinary products and services and promoting the idea of living in the harmony with nature based on natural materials inspired by the Mediterranean - wood, stone, water and gold. The wellness center is arranged over three levels. The reception area and the treatment facilities are situated on the highest level. The pool, saunas and two VIP rooms that can be reserved for one or two persons for specially designed treatments are found on the lower level. The center also offers various rituals, a Mediterranean garden, a floating room, beneficial baths and a fitness room ensuring general good health. Our team includes wellness therapists, cosmeticians and physiotherapists.

POOLS AND THE BEACH
The pool complex includes 4 outdoor pools with deck-chairs and the Pool Bar. With the exception of the children’s pool, the pools include hydro massage effects and heated or cold water. The indoor pool offers geyser and anti-current effects. The beach is located only 50m from the hotel. It is partly rocky and partly pebblecovered.
