In November 1887, restaurateur Carl Kämp made a dream come true. The Hotel Kämp was born, offering a country on the threshold of independence a taste of great European cities, luxury and refinement like nowhere else, a level of service hard to imagine. The Hotel Kämp became an integral part of Finnish history, blending eastern and western Europe with art, politics and business life.

Hotel Kämp has 179 individual guest rooms which have been completely refurbished retaining the original character of the hotel from the late 19th century, whilst providing all the modern facilities. Luxurious marble bathrooms are equipped with bath, separate walk-in shower and all dreamlike amenities. The biggest suites have also in-room sauna. Bathrobes and slippers are placed in the rooms for complete comfort and relaxation during your stay with us.
All the rooms have color televisions with satellite, film and radio channels, 3 direct-dial telephones with voicemail and pc connection, Mini Bar and 24h Room Service. All the suites have a fax.
