From autumn to spring, its fine cuisine is served under the hundred-year beams of a warm dining-room in a hushed atmosphere then the restaurant takes place from the first sunny days on its large poolside terrace.
Shady, this one contrasts by its coolness with the soft torpor of the beach it overlooks and gives the impression of spilling out into the sea, overhanging the Mediterranean facing the infinite view of the gulf and the Sanguinaires islands which disappear below the horizon.
For gently breakfasts, casual luncheons or romantic dinners rocked by the waves lapping, it seems that the hospitality is born here, somewhere at the parting of the ways between quietness, light breezes and waking dreams. You attend then in this enchanting setting to the delicate ballet of our headwaiters who since nearly 33 years orchestrate an extremely personalized and most pleasant service.
