The Parveaux Family: 3 generations
The property was acquired in 1956 by Raymond and Yvette PARVEAUX who transformed it into a high-quality hotel-restaurant.
After studying at the Ecole Hoteliere of Paris and gaining some experience abroad their son, Albert, stepped into their shoes. With his wife, Christine, herself also a child of hotel-and-restaurant owners from Provence, they would develop and embellish Castel Novel.
Today their eldest daughter, Sophie PARVEAUX SOULIE, armed with a solid professional education, receives the guests as friends. “Simple luxury†remains the credo of the place.
Nicolas SOULIE, her husband, is chef de cuisine.

The 27 bedrooms and suites are all beautifully maintained with each one personalised : for example, the Louis XVI apartment which was Colette's room, the Louis XIII round bedroom in the turret with exposed beams, duplex with wooden stairs to the children bedroom ...
This annexe located 50 metres away from the castle houses ten attic bedrooms. These slightly mansard rooms are a little smaller but all with air conditioning. A large French window in each room, opens onto the garden and offers a fantastic view of the park.
