Mykonos may also be reached by a rich variety of hydrofoil and ferryboats from the ports of Rafina and Piraeus. Ferry sailing times are 5 and 6 hours respectively. Hydrofoils however provide faster service of 2 and 3 hours respectively. There are several Cyclades islands you can visit by ferry or hydrofoil, for example: Paros, Naxos, Amorgos, Tinos, Siros, Andros, Santorini and Crete.
• From the airport, turn right and follow the road towards the town.
• Make a left turn, (third exit), when you reach a roundabout.
• Following the main road, at a short distance, you will come to an intersection, (you have right of way, but caution), pass though this intersection, staying on the same road, (look for the signs for Ornos).
• Continue to follow this road you will come to a steep downhill incline, at the end of the hill there is another intersection, please make a left turn towards Ornos Beach.
• Once you reach Ornos Beach, follow the road to the left, past some houses, the shops and a small fishing marina.
• At the end of the road you will see the entrance to Santa Marina Resort & Villas.
• From the port, turn right and follow the road towards the town.
• At the first intersection make a left turn and follow the main road.
• Two minutes later you will reach a roundabout where you need to go across, (second exit) and keep following the main road.
• Shortly you will reach a second roundabout where you make a left turn, (third exit).
• At a short distance, you will come to an intersection, (you have right of way, but caution), pass though this intersection, staying on the same road, (look for the signs for Ornos).
• Continue to follow this road you will come to a steep downhill incline, at the end of the hill there is another intersection, please make a left turn towards Ornos Beach.
