On the ground floor, there are several refined and elegant salons, with decorations and frescoes, which look out onto the green surroundings and park with suggestive glimpses of Langa.

The winter garden, heart of the complex, has a spectacular panoramic view of the Muscatel and Dolcetto vineyards. A place to relax and meet, it has a piano for accompanying aperitifs and the Wine & Cocktail Bar dedicated to Ernest Hemingway.

The large dining room, in pastel, suffused tones, is one of the rooms which has been most richly refurbished in the restoration of the old monastery. Its "dry" pictorial decoration is a masterpiece for the variety of subjects and the quality of the work. Large French windows create an ideal continuity between this fantastic garden and the real one outside.

A small church is an integral part of the Relais San Maurizio. Its pictorial decorations, subjected to careful restoration, date from the late 17th century, like the architectural structure. It is an ideal exhibition area and is also used for meetings and exclusive events.

The rooms obtained from the former monks' cells open on to the long and evocative corridor -on two floors - which, at one time, the monks walked along in prayer. The rooms are in two buildings: the Villa Principale (Main House) and Antico Fienile (Old Barn).

The Relais San Maurizio has 11 suites, 5 junior suites, 4 Superior double rooms, 8 Executive double rooms, 2 Standard double rooms and one single room. Each of the 31 rooms is unique in atmosphere, furnishing and decoration. There is an open fireplace in almost all the suites.
