Aps uns 15 minutos e 4 tuneis ir encontrar uma sinaltica Funchal-Boa Nova,Camacha e Portela,1 a 1000m e a 2 a 500m.Cuidado com a velocidade porque na sada ir encontrar uma curva, vire direita.Aps uns minutos sua esquerda ir encontrar uma sadasubida para o Palheiro Golf.Segue essa sinaltica e aps entrar no porto do Palheiro Estate ir encontrar uma indicao sua esquerda para a Casa Velha, segue e aps uns 500m de entrada encontra o Hotel.
