Designed with understated simplicity all rooms are decorated in warm tones that reflect the natural light and enhance the lavishness of the fabrics and artistic touches. Even the oversized headboards use 100% natural materials and have been designed by a local artist. As well as offering the finest in luxury, all rooms are also tech-smart, with high-speed internet access available and state-of-the-art Bang & Olufsen flat screen television, DVD and stereo equipment as standard.
Extra-large bathrooms come equipped with deep soaking baths and rain showers. Sensuous bath products, especially commissioned from Parisienne parfumeur Blaise Mautin, complete this luxurious package. A sliding partition opens between the bathroom and the guestroom to integrate the two rooms. All guestroom furnishings have been made by reputable Italian artisans.
The Executive Suites are decorated in rich earthy red, chocolate brown, and gold, and feature king and double-queen layouts, his-and-hers vanities, spacious showers and freestanding tubs in the centre of the bathroom. The living room has a complete home theatre system, while a separate dining room provides an option for private entertaining.
The Presidential Suite uses a cooler colour palette of earthy blues, sage greens and copper tones. This luxurious suite features a sage green living room and separate dining room. Light-beige-coloured bedroom offer large walk-in closets while the forest-green, stone bathroom with whirlpool tub provides that extra touch of luxury. A study/office area, pantry with wet bar, refrigerator, and prep area for entertaining are also provided.

Parkhuus is a bold and vibrant restaurant that features a centrepiece show kitchen and a two-storey wine library that reaches up to the top of the six meter high ceiling and can hold over 3,000 fine wines. The menu is product-driven and concentrates upon natural produce from local artisan producers. Focussing on the finest seasonal produce from the local markets, dining will take place in a setting that is designed to ensure that the diner will feel at ease. Floor-to-ceiling windows give onto a street side terrace and can be opened in fine weather to allow for ‘al fresco’ dining in the summer.
The restaurant design is unadorned and stylish to match the food. The windows provide natural lighting during the day while the extravagant Ingo Maurer chandelier ‘Porca Miseria!’ provides the lighting for the wine room in the evening. Clean and simple lighting has been used throughout the rest of the main restaurant area.
Adjacent to parkhuus and separated by iridescent copper mesh glass panels is the ultra chic ONYX bar. Free-form hand blown Murano glass grappa bottles sparkle behind the glowing back-lit Onyx bar top. Behind the bar are two custom designed light fixtures made of light bulbs with twisted fabric spirals in between. The copper mesh panels, slide back in the evening to expose a full bar, and the sound of selected music filters into the streets when the exterior windows are lifted.
Vibrant and relaxed, guests and visitors will be able to unwind while sipping on oversized, exotic cocktails or cradling a rare single malt or a delicious Vodka from the extensive selection available.
Additional pampering is available from Club Olympus situated on the Mezzanine floor where private treatment facilities provide an extensive range of beauty and holistic packages. As well as providing exclusive guest access to sauna and steam rooms, Club Olympus also boasts the very latest in fitness technology from Technogym.
With 878 square metres of conference and meeting space, Park Hyatt Zurich is an intimate boutique hotel with a large meetings capability. All meeting rooms provide state-of-the-art facilities. The ground floor ballroom is 391 metres square and will comfortably accommodate 220 guests for a gala dinner. The ballroom can provide access for cars if required and is easily accessed through a large pre-function area that can be used for exhibitions, cocktails or coffee breaks. As well as housing Club Olympus the Mezzanine floor will also be the location for an additional five meeting rooms, including a high-tech boardroom with seating for 10 participants. The street sequence is: Winterthurerstrasse->Universitätsstrasse->Rämistrasse. Cross the Quai Bridge and turn right after 300 metres into Stockerstrasse. The car park for Park Hyatt Zurich is located on Gotthardstrasse behind the hotel.
From Highway A3 (coming from Chur/Luzern):
Leave Highway A3 at the Zurich City exit and drive towards the Enge train station (Bahnhof Enge). Follow the signs for the Hyatt car park in the city, which lead directly to the hotel.
From Highway A1 (coming from Basel/Bern/Geneva):
Leave Highway A1at the Zurich City exit and follow directions to the city. At the main train station, follow Bahnhofquai through the tunnel. Turn right into Uraniastrasse and follow this street until you reach Sihlporte. Then follow Talstrasse until you reach Bleicherweg. Turn right here and Park Hyatt Zurich is 300 metres away.
Via public transportation:
Trams Number 6, 7 and 13, which leave Bahnhofstrasse by the main train station, go directly to the Stockerstrasse tram station. At the tram stop, turn right into Beethoven-Strasse where you will see Park Hyatt Zurich on your right.
