The building was formerly the head quarters of the Ulster Bank and is a low rise semi classical grey building that was built when Belfast was one of the most prosperous cities in Europe.
Lobby
The lobby is small and very different to the rest of the building as it is more modern in design, slightly dark allowing greater appreciation of the art work highlighted on the walls.
