Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok features 354 superbly decorated rooms including 35 suites offering guests the utmost in comfort and luxury. The refurbishment of a number of rooms completed in 2006, includes an addition of rich elegant silks from Jim Thompson, hand-crafted Thai furniture exclusively designed for Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and unique Thai accents and antiques. Each room or suite is decorated with an exquisite hand-painted silk mural and hand blown glass or hand-crafted northern-Thai style antique laquer lamps. A variety of “rooms with a view†are available and with views including The Royal Bangkok Sports Club, the hotel’s lush terrace and swimming pool offering a resort feel.
All rooms are equipped with digital NEC telephone system. It is one of the most technologically advanced telecommunications system in Thailand; phones feature dual lines, fax connection, IDD, data port and voice mail.
Superior (30 rooms) – These rooms at 40 sq. m. (430 sq. ft), include teak furniture exclusively designed for Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and reflect a warm residential feel. These beautifully refurbished rooms are decorated in two color schemes: a warm palette of ochre and gold accented with intense chili and lemongrass green and teak gold with charcoals and pewter gray. A flat screen TV and a DVD player is available for every guest’s conveniencce.
Deluxe Rooms (209 rooms) - These rooms are among the largest hotel accommodations in Bangkok with each room boasting a minimum of 42 sq.m. (452 sq.ft.) along with 42-inch plasma TV which can be connected to a laptop for PowerPoint presentations and internet screen, iPod connection as well as in-room safety box which can store a laptop. These beautifully refurbished rooms are decorated in two color schemes: a warm palette of ochre and gold accented with intense chili and lemongrass green and teak gold with charcoals and pewter gray All Deluxe rooms include teak furniture exclusively designed for Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and reflect a warm residential feel.
Deluxe View Rooms (73 rooms) – These newly renovated rooms with a minimum of 42 sq. m. (452 sq. ft.) have the view of either the pool terrace, swimming pool or The Royal Bangkok Sports Club. Designed by Jeffrey Wilkes of LTW Designworks, Kuala Lumpur in two color schemes: a warm palette of ochre and gold accented with intense chili and lemongrass green and teak gold with charcoals and pewter gray. Both schemes balance well against the backdrop of dark rich timbers, khaki and cream for a distinctly Thai feel. As with the Deluxe rooms, all Deluxe View rooms also offer the 42-inch plasma TV.
Cabana Rooms & Suite (7 rooms, 1 suite) -- Constructed in 1992 and refurbished in 1998, these accommodations offer a unique alternative for the business or leisure traveller. Seven 52 sq. m. (559 sq. ft.) rooms and one 77 sq. m. (828 sq. ft.) suite offer an elegant “resort†feel with a private entrance graced by white columns, lush tropical greenery and unique Thai statues. Individual private patios are positioned in a tropical setting of landscaped gardens designed by L. D. I. of Honolulu and Sydney, and overlook an exotic lotus pond and 25 meter outdoor swimming pool. Designed by Bent Severin and Associates of Hong Kong, accommodations feature hand-crafted teak and rattan furniture, natural Thai silks, hand-crafted teak panels and floors of exquisite imported marble and teak. The spacious marble bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower, separated powder table, walk-in closet and domed ceilings for natural sunlight.
Premier Rooms (15 rooms) – Formerly referred to as Junior Suites, these newly renovated rooms with Thai-styled art and furnishings with teak woods accented by Thai silks at 72 sq. m. (774 sq. ft.), retained its open plan configuration which has two queen-sized beds and a generous sitting area and a large desk which allows a business traveler to work comfortably with views of either The Royal Bangkok Sports Club or the pool terrace and tropical gardens. Ideally fitted with 42-inch plasma TV which can be moved 360 degrees and can be connected to a laptop for PowerPoint presentations and internet screen, iPod connection as well as
in-room safety box which could store laptop. Recently installed is a wave music system by Bose with special features such as alarm clock, MP3 compatibility, a cd player, radio AM/FM, iPod connection.
Four Seasons Executive Suite (1 bedroom) (10 suites) -- Each two-room bedroom suite offers 84 sq. m. (903 sq. ft.) and it is excellent for enjoying spacious living during business or leisure travel. Large accommodations include a fully-appointed marble and granite bathroom. An additional oversized bedroom is available giving guests a two-bedroom Four Seasons Executive Suite with 126 sq.m (1,355 sq. ft.) configuration if desired. All Thai furnishings and art enhance the rich silks used throughout these suites. These rooms are equipped with three dual-line telephones with multi-language voice mail, cable tv, built-in safe, cd player and high-speed internet access and personal MP3 player.
Deluxe Suite (1 bedroom) (7 suites) – Elegant, refined and very spacious, these rooms are 126 sq. m. (1,355 sq. ft.) and overlook the 18-hole golf course at The Royal Bangkok Sports Club. Suites feature a spacious entry with imported marble and granite floors, large living room area perfect for entertaining or small dinner parties, a large bedroom with a King-sized bed, an exceptionally large walk-in teak closet and a spacious bathroom with exclusive amenities. A separate vanity room at the entry is available for guests. These suites feature a dining table (seats 6), bar, large writing desk, spacious living room appointed with exquisite Thai furnishings, silks and unique Thai accents. The suite also features high technology gadgets such as 42-inch plasma TV, high-speed internet, DVD, LCD and TV in bathroom, surround sound system (in both living room and bathroom), which is a wave music system with special features such as alarm clock, MP3 compatible, a cd player, radio AM/FM, iPod connection, a multi-function machine which serves as fax, phone, scanner and printer, control panel on the bedside table for the lighting system and aircon as well as control panel for the curtain.
Timber wardrobes and associated details were stained a darker color yet allow the redness of the wood to bleed through and finished with a hand rubber stain gloss varnish. A shagreen inspired wall-covering wraps the room for an exotic feel, lending green light khaki and cream color and soft pattern. A similarly inspired carpet pattern flows across the floor injecting a lively colour and motion, balancing the ridged architectural layout. Heavy cream Thai silk draperies enhance the visual size of the window and create a strong contrast for the newly refinished teak panels that flank the window.
The chairs are upholstered in silk enhanced cotton chenille for a very luxurious feel.
Explorer Suite by Jim Thompson (2 bedrooms) (1 suite) - Designed by Jeffrey Wilkes of designWILKES, Kuala Lumpur, the Explorer Suite by Jim Thompson includes two bedrooms, one with king size and one with double beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a large living/dining room with study overlooking the golf course of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, a green oasis in the heart of the bustling city. The new central electronic lighting and A/C panel provides a single control point for the entire suite. A 42-inch Plasma Screen TV and DVD/CD entertainment centre are discreetly incorporated into the design.
Rajadamri Suite – Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok’s premier accommodation has been designed in such a way that it can be divided into different sections, according to the requirements of the guest. Situated on the ninth floor, it is eminently suitable for those requiring the highest degree of comfort and luxury with the strictest security measures. Elevators can be programmed so that they go directly from the ground floor to the ninth floor.
The Rajadamri Suite decorated in rich teak woods with Thai-styled art and furnishings, includes an elegant private dining room (seats 18 persons), large living room, library, grand master bedroom with a separate dressing room, bath, Jacuzzi and massage room and shower area.
The Rajadamri bedroom overlooks the 25 meter swimming pool and rich landscaped gardens. Total area of the suite is 344 sq. m (3,703 sq. ft.). The six connecting bedrooms on the right-hand side of the central corridor may be used for additional living space. Total area of these bedrooms is 255 sq. m. (2,745 sq. ft.). Combining these areas gives Rajadamri Suite a grand total floor area of 607 sq. m. (6,533 sq. ft.).
BUSINESS CENTRE: Located on the mezzanine level in the Montathip Court, the Business Centre is staffed with bi-lingual administrative staff ready to assist guests. Additionally, we have a variety of other languages spoken by our staff who may be able to assist in case a need arises. The Business Center offers the following services; private office or meeting room, telex, translation service, facsimile, photocopying business referrals, word processing, general secretarial services and includes a selection of reference and resource books.
